Summary


There are several ways of procuring support for UBB.Threads. Support inquiries can be anything from "how to" questions, modifications, code development, upgrades, etc.


First Line of Support - Ticketing


The only "official" support through the vendor for UBB.Threads can be obtained through the Ticketing System (generally fee based support) at UBB.Central.

Note
A rule in the past is that vendor support will not work with sites that have been modified from the stock base code. Some third party vendors however will gladly work with your modifications in place on the grounds that they cannot directly troubleshoot issues caused by your modifications.

Member Area Access is required in order to utilize the ticketing system at UBB.Central

At the time of this writing the vendor only provides support on Installs, Upgrades, Imports, Branding Removal, and Software Support for the UBB.Threads product.



Second Line of Support - User to User Forums


Second, the "user to user" Discussion Forums (free) at UBB.Central.


Third Line of Support - 3rd Party Developers


"Advanced Support" and upgrade services (as well as a plethora of other services including Modifications, Code Development, Styling, Server Security, etc) can be obtained through 3rd party developers (some free and some fee based), such as VNC Web Services.
